Undifferentiated Carcinoma of Lymph Nodes- Juniper Publishers

Image
Juniper Publishers- Journal of Cell Science Abstract The undifferentiated carcinomas seem to be a problem in terms of the lymph nodes. They were sought in the histological data pool established for the Ibo ethnic group in Nigeria. They were found mostly in females and in the neck. In general, attention is drawn to publications in which “or” appears to be the saving grace when the titles were chosen. Keywords: Lymph node; Undifferentiated carcinoma; Age; Site; Sex; Definition problem Introduction A survey of the literature on lymph nodes concerning undifferentiated carcinoma is revealing, although some countries stand out. In alphabetical order, they are Costa Rica [1], Germany [2], Hong Kong [3], Japan [4], Korea [5], and Portugal [6]. Therefore, the Nigerian cases are deemed to be worthy of documentation from among the Ibo ethnic group [7]. In fact, this was facilitated by following the example of Birmingham (UK) authors who hypothesized that the establishment of a his

Development and Evaluation of Antidiabetic Potential of Polyherbal Formulation in Streptozotocin Induced Animal Model- Juniper Publishers

Image
Juniper Publishers- Journal of cell science Abstract Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a group of disorders that results in too much sugar in the blood due to impairment of lipids, carbohydrates, proteins metabolism. Aim and objectives: Development and Evaluation of Polyherbal formulation (PHF) and determination of antidiabetic potential of developed formulation in Streptozotocin induced animal model Method: In the present study plant parts Azadirechta indica (AI) leaves, Moringa Oleifera (MO) fruits and Andrographis paniculata (AP) root and stem were collected and evaluated as per physico-chemical parameters and active chemical constituents were extracted using hydroalcoholic solvent. The active compounds present in all the three extracts were identified by preliminary phytochemical screening. PHF was prepared in a ratio of 1:1:1 quality of the finished product was evaluated on the parameter’s angle of repose, loose bulk density, tapped bulk density,

Development of Enpp1 Inhibitors as a Strategy to Activate Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING) in Cancers and Other Diseases- Juniper Publishers

Image
juniper Publishers- Journal of Cell science Abstract Ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase-1 (ENPP1/NPP1) is a membrane-bound nucleotide metabolizing enzyme that is implicated in a variety of physiological and pathological conditions. Recently, ENPP1 was discovered as the dominant 2’3’-cGAMP hydrolyzing enzyme. 2’3’-cGAMP is the endogenous STING agonist, generated from breakdown of cytosolic DNA by cGAS. Hydrolysis resistant 2’3’-cGAMP’s have been demonstrated to be potent activators of STING-dependent innate immunity and these are currently undergoing clinical trials in cancer. Here we discuss ENPP1 as a potential therapeutic target for activation of STING-dependent innate immune response. Keywords: Innate immunity; STING; ENPP1/NPP1; Cytokines; Immunotherapies; Interferon; T-cell priming Introduction Innate immunity is the first response in the human body against pathogenic, or diseas
